504ca9c0c8 CI: run tests in a single dbus session 
Instead of every test spawning their own dbus, make the tests share the
same server, just like they share their own compositor.

This should speed up things a bit and avoid weird interactions when
multiple dbus processes exist.

07b3e8785c CI: Limit maximum number of test processes to 32 
There are spurious failures happening in CI runs and I blame those on
too many processes running at the same time overloading either the
compositor we're running against, or causing OOM situations or just
genereally slowing things down and hitting timeout limits.

The choice of 32 is rather arbitrary. I just picked a number that felt
good.

839d797292 build: Don't set G_SLICE=always-malloc 
That environment variable has been gone since GSlice went away in glib
2.76. Which is our minimum requirement.

flatpak-build.sh: Do not disable vulkan 
In a94d7abf0d we removed
the explicit disable from the manifest.

Now we should also have the CI build the vulkan render as well.

0d9bbc9d64 ci: Check for SDKROOT environment variable 
The SDKROOT variable is _the_ "master switch" to set the target
OS version (much stricter compared to MACOSX_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET alone),
yet it has no impact on the output of 'xcodebuild -showsdks'.

Also rename the script to 'macos', it's not being called 'osx' anymore
since 2016 (Sierra).

Flatpak builds pass the commit sha as environment variable 
This variable is refrenced at build-aux/meson/gen-demo-header.py but never passed to the flatpak builder.
This fixes that the flatpak build don't have their commit in the about window.

ed12c0cd5a build: Enable Vulkan by default 
It's still possible to disable via -Dvulkan=disabled

We force-disable it on Mac OS.

I don't know how to best handle it on Windows. Technically we don't need
it, because the Vulkan stuff we want is about dmabufs, but I have no
idea how to convince the build system to toggle the default to
"disabled" on Windows, so it has to stay enabled for now.

162759f34b ci: Limit parallel linking on Windows CI 
Linking on Windows can easily run out of memory, and limiting it
to a single link operation (i.e. disabling parallelization) should
be enough to avoid this problem.

a235b59089 Skip some tests with small textures 
When textures are too large, we will scale them down
to fit the max texture size, which will cause comparisons

ec7b1f7208 ci: Add no-cache option to run-docker.sh script 
Use `run-docker.sh build --no-cache` to discard the cached layers if you
need to rebuild the image without modifying the Dockerfile.

737342ef23 ci: Don't use builddep to install Wayland build dependencies 
We don't want to bring undefined dependencies into the image.

Additionally, Wayland depends on Meson, and we don't want to use
Fedora's version of Meson.
