6465e8dd15 Reorganize pc files for a single library
After this commit, pc files no longer include the gdk backend in
their name, and we no longer install a pc file for gdk. There is
now a single gtk+-3.0.pc file. It turns out a separate gtk+-x11-3.0.pc
file is not necessary, since gdkx.h doesn't have a separate include
directory that would have to be added to Cflags.

32925cd579 Turn on GSEAL_ENABLE by default
We do this by adding -DGSEAL_ENABLE to the Cflags in the .pc files,
so you can get out of it by adding -UGSEAL_ENABLE after the pkg-config
generated flags.

7447ef0fc2 Make 3.0 parallel-installable to 2.x
In particular, rename

  - libraries to lib*-3.0.so
  - pc files to *-3.0.pc
  - include paths to /usr/include/gtk-3.0/*
  - module paths to /usr/lib/gtk-3.0/*
  - rc files names to gtk-3.0/gtkrc
  - commandline utilities to *-3.0
  - adjust documentation

Also change the install location for unix-print headers to
/usr/include/gtk-3.0/unix-print/gtk.
