gtk_text_view_motion_event().
(gtk_text_view_motion_event): Use gtk_text_view_obscure_mouse_cursor().

- Simplify cases where different data types were
used for the little and big endian cases, use
GUINT16_SWAP_LE_BE() where appropriate.
