The autotools build uses relative filenames here while with meson
we get absolute paths. Switch to basename so we get the same result
for both and don't break reproducible builds with absolute paths
in public headers.
glib-mkenums is not currently clever enough to know which version an
enum type was added in, so just mark all the _get_type() functions as
available in all versions.

GTK_DISABLE_SINGLE_INCLUDES is defined and any of these files is
included individually. Also removed some redundant includes and
did some tiny trailing whitespace removal that's not worth to
commit separately.
* gdk/gdkprivate.h: include <gdk/gdk.h> instead of individual
files.

* gdk/x11/gdkx.h: only include <gdk/gdkprivate.h> and remove all
