        * gtk/gtktoolbar.c: fixed destroy handler, so it doesn't
          segfault with the new refcounting scheme anymore.

This is GTK+ version 0.99.3.   GTK, which stands for the Gimp ToolKit, 
is a library for creating graphical user interfaces.
