Benjamin Otte cf4cb4f6d9 API: Remove colormap handling from GdkScreen
In particular, the following functions are gone:
- gdk_screen_get_default_colormap()
- gdk_screen_set_default_colormap()
- gdk_screen_get_system_colormap()
- gdk_screen_get_rgba_colormap()
