Owen Taylor d1045b6876 Use IPC_RMID _after_ doing XShmAttach. This should work everywhere, and

	* gdk/gdkimage.c (gdk_image_new): Use IPC_RMID
	_after_ doing XShmAttach. This should work everywhere,
	and avoid the need for signal handlers or configure
