not "disconnect" on the adjustments.
* gtk/gtktooltips.h, gtk/gtktooltips.c: derive from GtkObject not
GtkData
* gtk/gtkadjustment.h, gtk/gtkadjustment.c: derive from GtkObject
not GtkData
* configure.in: handle case where X render exists, but Pango lacks
Xft support.
