	initialize child-visible to FALSE, otherwise we may end up
	with the wrong page visible initially.  (#302283, Patrik Fimml)

	* gtk/gtktreeview.c (gtk_tree_view_draw_arrow): Make expanders
	appear insensitive in insensitive treeviews.
