	* gtk/gtktoolbar.[ch]: add "Deprecated: 2.4" to all the deprecated
	append(), prepend() and insert() functions and recommend to use
	gtk_toolbar_insert() instead. Use GCallback instead of
	GtkSignalFunc even in deprecated API.
