	* gtk/gtkinvisible.c (gtk_invisible_style_set): Avoid
	chaining up to parent impl, since we have a INPUT_ONLY
	window.

	* gtk/gtkentry.[ch]: Add a cursor_color property to set the
	foreground color for the cursor.
