	Bug 535573 – Deadlock in gdkeventloop-quartz.c:poll_func()

	* gdk/quartz/gdkeventloop-quartz.c: (gdk_event_prepare),
	(select_thread_func), (poll_func): Patch by Yevgen Muntyan, fixes
	deadlock and missing events.
