Remove deprecated GtkObject macros

Browse Source 
Remove GTK_OBJECT_TYPE() and GTK_OBJECT_TYPE_NAME(),
G_OBJECT_TYPE() and G_OBJECT_TYPE_NAME() should be used instead.
