gtkgesture: Do not cancel gesture when setting DENIED state

Touchpoint state and tracking are tangential, this is mixing up both.
This change was added in the fixes for
https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gtk/-/issues/3016 but is now unnecessary.
