derived.
And so, we already have access to the window object.
Let's just use it.

G_DECLARE_FINAL_TYPE was introduced in glib 2.44.
We shall use that now so that lots of boilerplate code can
be reduced.

This new step sets the headerbar as titlebar, and enables
fallback for the app menu.
