4c150d8eb5 The big versioning cleanup 
Remove all the old 2.x and 3.x version annotations.
GTK+ 4 is a new start, and from the perspective of a
GTK+ 4 developer all these APIs have been around since
the beginning.

5adecf183b Move single-include guards inside include guards 
gcc has optimizations for include guards that only work
if they are outermost in the the header.

2c25bd85b8 gtk: Use versioned deprecations 
This patch changes all uses of GDK_DEPRECATED(_FOR) in gtk headers
by the versioned variants, GDK_DEPRECATED_IN_3_x(_FOR). At the same
time, we add GDK_AVAILABLE_IN_3_x annotations for all API additions
in 3.2 and 3.4.

f9379adca2 GtkAppChooserButton: Add a way to include the default app 
This is necessary to use an app chooser button for selecting
default apps in the control center. Also, beef up the docs
for this widget family.

232a5c7b3b app-chooser-button: change the API approach for custom items 
Introduce a 'custom-item-activated' on the widget, which behaves
similairly to GtkEntryCompletion::action-activated, i.e. is emitted when
a custom item is chosen from the dropdown list.
Clients can use the name provided when adding the item as a detail for
the signal, to get notified when that specific item is activated, or use
the signal without details to get notifications for all custom items.
