Adwaita: Add symbolic png assets
...
And use them as fallback for the svg ones. This lets us
avoid a hard dependency on librsvg - the theme will work
without svg support.

Drop the extra resources/ subdirectory
...
This subdirectory gets in the way when integrating the inspector
build more fully with GTK+, and does not really add anything.
Just move everything one level up.
