This gets rid of more GdkPixbuf in the API.
Update all callers.

window: Turn gtk_window_set_screen() into gtk_window_set_display()
...
And have a priv->display instead of a priv->screen.
Includes turning gtk_menu_set_screen() into gtk_menu_set_display(),
because that function just forwards to its window.

gtk-demo: Rework foreigndrawing to use sizes from the theme

Instead of hardcoding the size of the widgets. This makes the output
closer to real widgets and fixes the blurry icons. I've also added a
scale.
