produced by windres through libtool, which would want a .lo file,
pass it directly to the linker using a -Wl option.

the alias declarations to a separate file which is

this file.
* *.c: Include gdk-pixbuf-alias.h after the other headers,
include gdk-pixbuf-aliasdef.c at the bottom.
