Matthias Clasen	ed08baccd9	Convert GailWindow to GtkWindowAccessible ... While doing this, drop the get_mdi_zorder implementation that really should come from the window manager side. Dropping this saves some 500 lines.	2011-07-05 16:08:57 -04:00
