engine derives theme-specific subclasses of GtkRcStyle
and GtkStyle
- Add extra dlsym() found entry point to themes,

* gtk/themes.[ch]: add a function gtk_theme_engine_register_type()

calling this function. Also, destroy any previous cursor for this
