In particular, rename
- libraries to lib*-3.0.so
- pc files to *-3.0.pc
- include paths to /usr/include/gtk-3.0/*
- module paths to /usr/lib/gtk-3.0/*
- rc files names to gtk-3.0/gtkrc
- commandline utilities to *-3.0
- adjust documentation
Also change the install location for unix-print headers to
/usr/include/gtk-3.0/unix-print/gtk.
This fixes bug 579884. Previously the return value of g_slist_find_custom was
being recasted as type (GtkModuleInfo *). This patch sets the return value
to a temporary variable of type (GSList *), and sets info to temp->data. This
avoids a crashing problem.

GTK_MODULES env var isn't set.

environment variables referring to pathnames from locale encoding

suffix to the "real" such functions on Windows. The ABI
compatibility versions keep the old name.
