This allows consumers greater control over the label without the need
to expose each of the label properties as part of GtkCheckButton interface.
Specifically, motivation for this commit is to be able to wrap the label.

A radiobutton without indicator is really just a togglebutton with a
group.
A radiobutton with indicator is really just a checkbutton with a group.
Make checkbutton its own widget not inheriting from GtkButton.
GtkRadioButton could be removed but it stays for now.
Radiobutton && !draw-indicator => Togglebutton
Checkbutton && !draw-indicator => Togglebutton
Radiobutton && draw-indicator => CheckButton + group
Remove all the old 2.x and 3.x version annotations.
GTK+ 4 is a new start, and from the perspective of a
GTK+ 4 developer all these APIs have been around since
the beginning.
