Rename this, and make it look a bit less like a
debugging tool, and more like a demo.

gtk-demo: Add keywords to demos
...
Add the names of the main widgets as keywords to
our demos, but also things like "game". This helps
finding relevant demos in our growing list. You
can now for example type "label", and find the
"error states" and "links" demos showing GtkLabel
features.

gtk-demo: Stop using ::key-press-event in font explorer

Use a key controller instead. Note that this currently
breaks the handling of Enter, since we activate key bindings
twice, causing us to switch to the label and back.

GtkSearchEntry: Delay the changed signal by default
...
Emit the "changed" signal after 150 msecs, so that searching
through big lists, or doing online searches feels more responsive.
This is something already done in various applications to make
search-as-you type more responsive (gnome-shell, gnome-documents,
gnome-control-center, etc.). The 150 msecs is the value currently
used by gnome-shell, so keep it (invisibly) consistent.
