	GTK_API_VERSION in name, not GTK_MAJOR_VERSION.GTK_MINOR_VERSION.
	(DEVZIP): Add gdk-pixbuf-query-loaders.exe.

	* configure.in: Improve check for dimm.h.

	* configure.in: Set SOEXT to 'so' on Unix, 'dll' on Win32. Used in
	gdk-pixbuf/Makefile.am.

	* gdk-pixbuf/makefile.mingw.in
