4887593344 Remove rules for generation of version.xml, which was causing make to

        * gdk-pixbuf/Makefile.am: Remove rules for generation
        of version.xml, which was causing make to always
        rebuild the HTML file, and didn't seem to be used.

        * gtk/tmpl/gtkliststore.sgml: SGML fixes.
