The Gtk-custom.c file in gir-repository contained a number of
introspection annotations. Merge those into the GTK source files.
Some documentation was moved from the tmpl/ files to accomodate
the addition of annotations.

elegantly, and add some hints about this to the docs of
gtk_stock_set_translate_func. Proposed by Christian Persch

Make PLT-reduction work with gcc4, and don't include
