08154c41f9 treestore: support nested data in builder 
This allows <row> elements to be nested.
Note that the child rows must come after
the data for the row itself.

4a0d3d7acc docs: Reduce redundancy 
Remove a boatload of "or %NULL" from nullable parameters
and return values. gi-docgen generates suitable text from
the annotation that we don't need to duplicate.

This adds a few missing nullable annotations too.

32baa0a549 Update gtktreestore.c: gtk_tree_store_remove didn't have the proper comment annotation 
"inout" for the parameter ITER passed.  This means that bindings would misjudge what
the function does.  In the case of guile-gi, it would be misjudged for a predicate,
see gulie-gi bug 87.

12189bc10f buildable: Rename set_name() to set_buildable_id() 
GtkBuildable's get_name()/set_name() methods may shadow
GtkWidget's methods. Avoid that by renaming the API to
get_buildable_id()/set_buildable_id(), which also reflects
the name of the XML attribute the API refers to.

4c150d8eb5 The big versioning cleanup 
Remove all the old 2.x and 3.x version annotations.
GTK+ 4 is a new start, and from the perspective of a
GTK+ 4 developer all these APIs have been around since
the beginning.

0b5f12975f Consistently allow -1 to mean 'append' in tree models 
Both GtkListStore and GtkTreeStore had a few methods that allowed
-1 to mean 'append' when specified as a position, but others that
demanded positive position arguments. Make this consistent by
always allowing -1.

a24f7564b5 treestore: fix transformation of GValues on set 
There are three bugs here:
- we should check if the value type is transformable instead of being
  compatible, since that's all we care about in order to call
  g_value_transform()
- the check is only meaningful in the direction
  passed-in-type->column-type and not viceversa
- we should init the destination GValue to the column type before
  calling g_value_transform on it, or the destination type information
  will be missing and the method will fail
