* :nth-child(last) => :last-child
* Add semicolons at end of declarations
* Remove spaces between color functions (shade, alpha, ...) and args

Fix reftests
...
Multiple reftests were damaged by the element name transition.
Repair them. The region reftests are no longer needed, since
we no longer do regions.
