gdk: Rename GdkDragContext to GdkDrag
...
This is to go along with the newly introduced GdkDrop.
This commit includes the necessary updates to the X11, Wayland
and Broadway backends. Other backends have to be updated separately.

dnd: Add gtk_drag_set_icon_definition()

... and use it for entry icons.
As a side effect, icons dragged from entries will now resize to DND
size.
