are used on the wrong screen.

rather than on init/finalize.
* gtk/gtkwindow.c: Fix icon handing to be multihead safe ...
default icon pixmaps/mask are only shared between windows on the

(gtk_window_set_hints): removed requisition argument and made it fetch the requisition through gtk_widget_get_child_requisition. we also don't move the gdkwindow here anymore, gtk_window_move_resize() does that now. (gtk_window_show): ensure that the widget is realized before calling gtk_container_check_resize() (and thus gtk_window_move_resize()), also ensure that we got properly size requested and allocated before realization. (gtk_item_factory_get_widget_by_action): walk the GtkItemFactoryItem

I submitted this patch twice to gtk-devel-list, and received no comments, so
am committing it. Although not exhaustively tested, I have been using this
gtk+ for a week w/o problems, and I did read the code to ensure that nothing
ever writes to these data structures. If by chance people encounter SEGV's in
gtk+ code that is setting values in global data structures, this patch could
be a possible culprit.

allow them to be shared, mainly including (but not limited to) the
GtkTypeInfo structures for each class.
