d316798685 Add some padding in tool buttons 
The default value of the icon-spacing style property was 0, which
is just not good. Themes are of course free to change this anyway.

_gdk_keymap_add_virtual_modifiers() changed to
_gdk_keymap_add_virtual_modifiers_compat() in
