18c2ba9b71 inspector: Add an "inspect inspector" button 
And launch a new inspector.

The location of that button is rather random - I had no idea where to
put it.

d75246a543 inspector: Cosmetics 
Make some settings entries smaller, and make the
scales match in size. Also, inline adjustments
in the ui file, since we can do that now.

c92e53622f inspector: Rearrange settings a bit 
Keep only the software gl setting for GL, and put it together
with the simulate touchscreen setting in a 'misc' box. This
keeps all the 'show' options nicely grouped.

ab1f17cb9a inspector: Stop using gdk_display_get_default_cursor_size 
If the cursor theme size setting has no value, just hardcode 32.
Also, allow ridiculously large cursors, just for fun.

1d2606dc94 Drop the cairo-recording debug flag 
It is not very useful. The cairo-image option on the
other hand is has been useful in tracking down problems
in the past, so we'll keep it.

def94f03e2 debug: Add GTK_DEBUG=snapshot 
This causes the snapshotting algorithm to dump all widget nodes into
their own container node. We then name that group accordingly (ie
"GtkSwitch<0xdeadbeef>") so you can easily see which node belongs where.

The feature is toggleable in the inspector's visual tab.

There's a few problems with it, becuse GtkSnapshot optimized container
nodes away if they are not needed, so we are losing some widgets...

6384167054 inspector: Don't use GSettings directly 
It is not necessary here, and using GtkSettings gives us
a greater chance to not fail e.g. on Windows.
