	* tests/testiconview.c: Add buttons to select and unselect all
	nodes, make the popup menu actually work.

	* gtk/gtkiconview.c: Make GTK_SELECTION_BROWSE work as intended,
	let button 3 presses through to the app, to make popup menus
	work.
