widget: Remove _gtk_widget_is_drawable()
...
Use _gtk_widget_get_mapped() instead.
Drawable checked visible && mapped and mapped widgets are always
visible, so that was an unnecessary check.

Remove gtk_widget_get/set_has_surface

These serve no purpose anymore - widgets don't
have surfaces, unless they're a GtkNative.

widgetfocus: Fix copy/paste error

This lead to erratic focus behavior with <Tab> in hboxes, where the
smallest child got focus first instead of the leftmost child.
