These are being replaced by GtkFileDialog.
This commit only moves the headers for GtkFileChooserWidget and
GtkFileChooserDialog to deprecated/, and keeps the implementations
in gtk/, since they will eventually be salvaged into a private
GtkFileChooserWindow.
When showing the native file chooser, we need to ensure we clear the
sorted surfaces in the display so that we don't risk delivering events
correctly on the next frame.
The GtkFileCHooserNativeQuartz injects a NSComboBox into the NSSavePanel
(which is displayed in a remote process since 10.15 whether or not you are
a sandboxed application). The style has changed and we need more space
here to not clip part of the combobox out of view.
I tried every size from 22 to 30 and this seemed to look the most natural
without skewing the location of the text within the combobox.
For the various uses of GDK_WINDOWING_QUARTZ, we need to use
alternatives from GDK_WINDOWING_MACOS.
Some minor loss of functionality is here, such as icons sent with
application menus. That can certainly be added back at a future
point.

The preview widget harks from a platform before time, when we didn't
have GIO, or a thumbnail specification.
Very few applications use it correctly, if at all; it has an horrid hack
to deal with the ownership of the widget's instance when accessed
through the getter function; it messes up the layout of the widget and
its label is less than useful when it comes to file names longer than a
dozen characters; it's a poor substitute for a proper thumbnail view.

native file chooser dialogs on macOS, but due to the use of generics in
the patch, there will be compilation errors on pre-Xcode 7 platforms,
such as Mountain Lion and Mavericks.
I strongly recommend to revert this patch when the oldest supported
macOS release is bumped to Yosemite (10.10).
