gtk: Cast g_object_ref() to the right type
...
In GLib 2.56, g_object_ref() will check that you're assigning the return
value to a variable of the same type you're passing in.

The aspect ratio for fallback image was incorrectly set to 1.
Reftest is included.

anything better.

When there is only a call in a fallback image, we were errnoneously
printing out a comma before it.

css: Support the image() notation
...
This lets us do fallback in case an image format is not
supported, and also lets us provide solid-color images.
We don't support image fragment notations.
