That way, demo windows can be maximized and multiple demos can run at
once.
It's especially useful when using --run because the main window is
invisible then.
When the search entry disappears on Escape,
reset the search string to "", so we don't
end up with a filtered list and no obvious
way to remove the filtering.
In 99.9% of all cases, these are just NULL, NULL.

GtkSingleSelection does not give us a notification when
autoselect kicks in to select the first item. This was

Putting a context menu on an overlay scrollbar
is too much of an easter egg to count as a useful
demo. Remove it, rather than changing it to a
popover.
We're a normal application, so we can use the normal way to hook up code
into builder files, which is using dlsym() for the function pointers.
There's no need to to extra work exporting static symbols.
Comments matched to reassure the compiler that fallthrough is
intentional are supposed to precede the case or default keywords, at
least in GCC, so the one here did not suppress the warning with GCC. We
can just the if condition and put the comment at the end to solve that.
