testsuite: Stop using g_test_bug()
...
The calls used old bugzilla URLs and nobody cared about that.
So apparently they are very unused.
There's also a potential conflict between gitlab and bugzilla URLs and
what base bug to use there.
The old usages have been converted to comments.

This frees up the generic name for a more
generic rbtree implementation.

rbtree: Privatize header
...
According to meson it's the only private header that doesn't conform to
the *private.h naming.
Fix that.
