* acinclude.m4: Provide a hacked version of the
gettext macros that never use the included gettext.
* Makefile.am configure.in: Remove references
to intl/
* autogen.sh: Don't run gettextize.
* configure.in (fd_set): Explain check better.
* acinclude.m4: New file. Contains `libtool.m4' from libtool-1.2,
the version from which gtk+'s libtool forked. Needed for people
who use post-1.2 alphas of libtool.
