0d2ea14ac1 types: fix various use of volatile in type registration
The use of volatile was incorrect in GLib and has been that way for
a long time. Recently however that has changed, and this makes GTK
follow suit to avoid using volatile in the type registration.

Combined with the above merge request for GLib, this fixes a large
number of compilation warnings when using Clang.

2a9b3c6a0c Use g_once for all the mkenums template files
Without this, initialization of enum/flags values from multithreaded
programs may not work correctly.

Fixes #1617.

4040f76529 Use @basename@ in enumeration type templates
The @filename@ directive will use the full path of the file being parsed
for enumeration types; we should use @basename@, instead, as it improves
the reproducibility of the build by using only the file name.

8470eb84c0 gtk: Use GDK_AVAILABLE_IN_ALL for generated enum types
glib-mkenums is not currently clever enough to know which version an
enum type was added in, so just mark all the _get_type() functions as
available in all versions.

dd99577691 gtk: Put private functions in headers and include those
This is part of a bunch of fixes for gcc complaining about
-Wmissing-declarations.

It puts functions into headers and includes those headers both where the
functions are defined and where they function are used.
