We need to keep using translatable="yes", since
that is what the installed its file is looking
for.

12ecbd1508 listboxrow: Derive from GtkWidget 
We want to remove GtkBin and GtkContainer as they don't
provide much useful functionality anymore.

e73a40733f Rename GtkSpinner::active to ::spinning 
And add a setter and getter. The old name was
confusing with the widget state of the same
name. 'Active' is just too overloaded.

94162197a1 sidebarrow: Hide busy_spinner by default 
Since the original implementation was likely based on GTK+ 3, the change
in default visibility might have not been considered, which results in
all rows suddenly sporting a visible spinner when opening a fresh file
chooser.

a1635b6188 gtkplacessidebar: implement libcloudproviders support 
Add integration of the libcloudproviders DBus API to the
GtkPlacesSidebar by showing name and sync status of the cloud providers.
The exported menu is rendered as a GtkPopover.

The sidebar will be updated if the list of cloudproviders changes e.g.
by adding or removing an account. If any cloud provider changes detailed
information like sync status only the individual sidebar row gets
updated.

da76699757 SidebarRow: Add Unmount tooltip to eject_button 
It was reported that the lack of a tooltip made its purpose unclear.
This can be solved by just copying PlacesViewRow’s eject_button tooltip.

despite the library having switched to gtk40. Fix this.

c3b6345377 placessidebar: fix ellipsizing glitch 
The places sidebar rows' labels were missing a proper
xalign, which caused the labels to keep shaking while
the sidebar was resized.

Fix that by setting the label's xalign to 0.

fbbad5deec gtkplacesidebar: use GtkListBox 
We were using GTkTreeView in a simple list. Also, as we know,
GtkCellRenderers are not the best way to theme and manipulate
widgets.

So instead use a GtkListBox to modernize the GtkPlacesSidebar,
and in the way clean up some parts of the code (like headings)
which were not used anymore.
Also we don't use a model anymore, since the data is simple
enough to manage it in a subclass of the row itself.
