printunixdialog: Remove GtkDrawingArea::draw handler
...
the source file has been updated to use gtk_drawing_area_set_draw_func,
but the draw_cb handler in the ui file is still left.

Drop the extra resources/ subdirectory
...
This subdirectory gets in the way when integrating the inspector
build more fully with GTK+, and does not really add anything.
Just move everything one level up.
