a546ae32d7 Remove all nicks and blurbs from param specs 
Those property features don't seem to be in use anywhere.
They are redundant since the docs cover the same information
and more. They also created unnecessary translation work.

Closes #4904

59f45aa30c docs: Fix wrong fragments in type links 
Due to a bug in gi-docgen we're not getting a warning if a fragment to a
type does not match the actual type, and we're generating a broken link.

16ff055b42 cellarea: Don't shrink area too much 
Do not compute rectangles with negative width/height. This avoids
assertion failures further down when those rectangles were actually
checked.

4a0d3d7acc docs: Reduce redundancy 
Remove a boatload of "or %NULL" from nullable parameters
and return values. gi-docgen generates suitable text from
the annotation that we don't need to duplicate.

This adds a few missing nullable annotations too.

d13a3c7540 Fix cell editing 
When translating coordinates from an event, we need to
take the surface transform into account. This makes
double-clicking on editable cells in treeviews work
again.

7b135c96e4 cellarea: Fix cell editing 
We need to translate the event coordinates to
widget-relative coordinates. This broke when
we stopped translating event coordinates in-place.

b1eaa502df events: reorganize getters 
Restructure the getters for event fields to
be more targeted at particular event types.

Update all callers, and replace all direct
event struct access with getters.

As a side-effect, this drops some unused getters.

dd69c4e0f2 GtkBuildable: Fix the type of the user_data in GtkBuildable.custom_tag_end 
The previous type was a pointer to a pointer, which seems to be a copy-paste
error from GtkBuildable.custom_tag_start which is an out parameter. It was
always cast in use so this is an API break, but not an ABI one.

Remove all the old 2.x and 3.x version annotations.
GTK+ 4 is a new start, and from the perspective of a
GTK+ 4 developer all these APIs have been around since

677c5bdedf cellrenderer: Move snapshotting down into cell renderers 
Now that every call to GtkCellArea is a snapshot call and no more cairo
calls are left, move the actual differentiation between Cairo and
Snapshot down to the cell renderer.

9f24b54786 Code cleanup 
Use g_slist_free_full more consistently. This commit just converts
the obvious cases where g_slist_forall is directly followed by

d21dc0d91c gtkcellarea: Optimize GtkStyleContext usage 
This is a bit bizarre, but the cell renderer can apply different
flags from the actual style context, and we should use those instead
of the widget flags.
