The texture that produce is upside-down, compared to what
GSK expects, so flip things around with a transform.
This fixes the shadertoy demo being upside-down after a
recent fix to avoid downloading and reuploading the texture.
To build a better world sometimes means having to tear the old one down.

ATK served us well for nearly 20 years, but the world has changed, and
GTK has changed with it. Now ATK is mostly a hindrance towards improving
the accessibility stack:
- it maps to a very specific implementation, AT-SPI, which is Linux and
Unix specific
- it requires implementing the same functionality in three different
layers of the stack: AT-SPI, ATK, and GTK
- only GTK uses it; every other Linux and Unix toolkit and application
talks to AT-SPI directly, including assistive technologies
Sadly, we cannot incrementally port GTK to a new accessibility stack;
since ATK insulates us entirely from the underlying implementation, we
cannot replace it piecemeal. Instead, we're going to remove everything
and then incrementally build on a clean slate:
- add an "accessible" interface, implemented by GTK objects directly,
which describe the accessible role and state changes for every UI
element
- add an "assistive technology context" to proxy a native accessibility
API, and assign it to every widget
- implement the AT context depending on the platform

GTK 4.0 was currently using GL_EXT_framebuffer_object, which is
deprecated as the ARB version has been merged into OpenGL 3.0 as well as
OpenGL ES 2.0, and provides laxer requirements.
This is a port of !2076 for 4.x.
After the :can-focus change in the previous commit, widgets
need to set suitable focus and grab_focus implementations
to implement the desired focus behavior.
This commit does that for all widgets.
This adds specific marshallers for all of the locations where a generic
marshaller is being used. It also provides va_marshallers to reduce the
chances that we get stack traces from perf going through ffi_call_unix64.
This is forward ported from gtk-3-24.

Like other widgets, this returns a floating reference, so
(transfer full) is wrong. Just omit the annotation as others do,
thus implying (transfer none).

This renames the GdkWindow class and related classes (impl, backend
subclasses) to surface. Additionally it renames related types:
GdkWindowAttr, GdkWindowPaint, GdkWindowWindowClass, GdkWindowType,
GdkWindowTypeHint, GdkWindowHints, GdkWindowState, GdkWindowEdge
This is an automatic conversion using the below commands:

This is necessary so that bidnings work properly and don't make
gdk_gl_texture_release() a function on GdkTexture.
It also allows code to identify what type of texture they are dealing
with.
Finally, we can now decide to add getters later without screwing
anything up, if we want to allow people to access GL textures directly.
Put GdkGLTexture into its own file and rename the API to
gdk_gl_texture_foo() instead of gdk_texture_foo_for_gl().
Apart from naming, no actual code changes.
Remove all the old 2.x and 3.x version annotations.
GTK+ 4 is a new start, and from the perspective of a
GTK+ 4 developer all these APIs have been around since
the beginning.
This was causing us to leak, in the following scenario:
1) gtk_widget_destroy is called on a GL area
2) dispose is run and clears the context
3) the GL area is unrealized, but the context is already cleared,
so we leak all the GL buffers
Handle the situation that a GL texture might remain
in use (e.g. by a slow frame, or by the recorder)
In that case, we can't modify it but must use a
new one. Keep a pool of GL textures for this eventuality.
Just append a texture node.
Note that this is not 100% done yet. The GL area really
needs to keep a pool of textures, and only reuse them
once the GdkTexture object is gone.
Since setting a clip is mandatory for almost all widgets, we can as well
change the size-allocate signature to include a out_clip parameter, just
like GtkCssGadget did. And since we now always propagate baselines, we
might as well pass that one on to size-allocate.
This way we can also make sure to transform the clip returned from
size-allocate to parent-coordinates, i.e. the same coordinate space
priv->allocation is in.
We now rely on toplevels receiving and forwarding all the events
the windowing should be able to handle. Event masks are no longer a
way to determine whether an event is deliverable ot a widget.
Events will always be delivered in the three captured/target/bubbled
phases, widgets can now just attach GtkEventControllers and let those
handle the events.
The g_print documentation explicitly says not to do this, since
g_print is meant to be redirected by applications. Instead use
g_message for logging that can be triggered via GTK_DEBUG.
These days exposure happens only on the native windows (generally the
toplevel window) and is propagated down recursively. The expose event
is only useful for backwards compat, and in fact, for double buffered
widgets we totally ignore the event (and non-double buffering breaks
on wayland).
So, by not setting the mask we avoid emitting these events and then
later ignoring them.
We still keep it on eventbox, fixed and layout as these are used
in weird ways that want backwards compat.
Currently, GtkGLArea will leak GError instances set during the context
creation, if an error is set.
If any error is set post-context creation, it should be displayed even
in the case a GL context exists; for instance, we can use the error
display facility for shader compilation errors.
