d4df5211f3 reftests: Fix border-image-excess-size.ui test 
The old reftests drew an opaque image, the new image is transparent.

This test drew the reference image as black and the test as transparent
black, and those are now different.

a66287a62e Fix the border-image-excess-size reftest 
This was failing because the grid is now respecting border
width too. Making the selector more specific so it only
applies to the toolbars fixes this.

f6757e0c0c reftests: Fix up for easy CSS changes 
This is mostly search and replace ala
  GtkButton => button
  GtkWindow => window
  .button => button
or removing style properties that aren't used anymore like
  -GtkButton-default-border: 0
