	calls gdk_pixbuf_scale.  However, something is not working.
	N.B.: current pixmap is now stored in user_data with a key of
	"pixmap"

	* src/gdk-pixbuf.c (gdk_pixbuf_scale): Implemented scaling function.
	Something is still borked, however.
