	* gtk/gtkcontainer.c (gtk_container_focus_tab): Make
	tab key move in reading order (left-to-right top
	to bottom) - which might have been the original intended
	behavior modulo sorting bugs.

	* gtk-config.in: Never output -I/usr/include from --cflags
