	* gtk/gtk{h,v,}paned.{c,h}: Add new functions
	gtk_paned_set_position(),
	gtk_paned_pack1/2(). The latter take a
	shrink and resize parameters, that allows setting
	minimum sizes and getting 'relative' resizing.
