Matthias Clasen 5e0dfed135 Get rid of GtkProgress
The entire api was deprecated since 2.0. This patch detangles
GtkProgress from GtkProgressBar and moves all the pieces into
GtkProgressBar that are required for non-deprecated progressbar
functionality.
